I recently stayed at Chalet Valdotain for a few days and had an amazing time. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. The shuttle bus service to the ski slopes was excellent with virtually no wait. The breakfast had a huge range of items to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area were a real bonus after a long day of skiing. I will definitely be back!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The food was good in the restaurant, with an extensive wine list. The location was nice, as it wasn't in the middle of any town, so it was quiet. Free wifi! I have paid 9 euros/hr to get work done. The shower was strong. Of course there is the views...
Some of the staff in the restaurant was awful. I remember asking for butter and watching they guy disappear. I finished my meal without it. Then again there were others trying to pick up the slack and worked very hard. The room and bed were super small. I know I was there late in the season, but I didn't have climate control in my room and the steam filled radiators were keeping my room like a sauna. The bathroom smelled like s*** - literally. If I left the door open for a while it would clear out. The maid though would always close the door again when he/she tidied up.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the manager to the waiters. The shuttle to the town center and ski lifts was very helpful.
We were a large group, with several rooms. One of the rooms had a bad moldy smell, which they tried to help with, but to no avail. Some areas of the rooms had peeling area of paint.

The hotel lacked a welcoming atmosphere and felt a bit dated. the food at the restaurant was average and could use some improvement.

excellent restaurant, staff very friendly and willing to please, comfortable, very clean
blanket on bed - would rather have had a duvet like a lot of hotels now provide.

The location is awesome. They have a convenient shuttle to the ski area. The facility is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Primarily, it is extremely expensive. Also, the pillows were cheap and thin. For such an expensive place, that is a real oversight. We asked for extra pillows and they were very accomodating.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the mountains. The value for money is exceptional, with reasonable prices for both the rooms and the fantastic restaurant. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the old-fashioned chalet-style decor to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, right near the ski lift for easy access to the slopes, and even close enough to venture over to Zermatt. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with flat screen TVs and generous bathrooms including baths. And the breakfast spread is simply delightful, offering a wide variety of options to start your day on a high note.
All was more than okay, no improvements necessary.

The hotel is conveniently near the ski lift and not far from Cervinia center. the chalet, style gives a unique and old, fashioned ambiance to the rooms and common areas. Guests can enjoy the view of the lake nearby. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms spacious. the staff takes care of guests' needs and the complimentary breakfast is well, served. the facilities are well, maintained, particularly the pool and spa area.
The Turkish Hammam has a design flaw with the floor, which can be dangerous with the excess water.

The shuttle service was very convenient for getting to and from the ski lifts. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a nice restaurant within the hotel and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit chilly and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The decor felt outdated and in need of an update.

The food was adequate and we had easy access to the ski slopes. the shuttle service was convenient and we appreciated not having to walk to the lifts. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we had issues with our room.
The overall experience was underwhelming for a new year ski holiday. the rooms were small and lacked amenities like a minibar or kettle.
